Queries on Ordering Books

There are several ways to order from us…

All general and educational books are available to purchase online.
Ordering online from mentorbooks.ie is fast and secure. Just follow these simple steps to place your order
To place an order, login to the website by entering your username and password (you only need to register once to decide your username and password).
When you have located the book(s) you wish to purchase, click ‘Add to my basket’ below the relevant book title.
Use the shopping basket to select further titles and to review your order.
When you have finished shopping, click ‘Proceed to checkout’, and you will be asked to enter your delivery information and your credit card details.
You can delete items from your shopping basket at any stage by simply clicking the edit button beside the basket and then clicking ‘Remove’.
You can change the quantity of items you have ordered by clicking the ‘Quantity’ button and selecting your desired quantity.

We are happy to supply customers with a full refund or exchange for any item returned to our office within 7 days of delivery (or notification of return), provided it is undamaged. Please supply a letter giving the reason for its return.
